Coming into the new year with a determination to solidify his position as a promising Afro-Fusion talent; G Young reintroduces himself with the drum-heavy afrobeat rhythm and bars that blend into each other on the song and carries the listeners along as he tells a story of love and a good time.

The song is produced by 3Brainz who makes his producer debut with this single. He is popularly known for the beats he makes for Instagram skits.

Get to know ‘G Young’

G Young is a young rising Nigerian singer/songwriter who fell in love with making music since he was 11. He is an Afrobeats artist with heavy influences on his sound from rap to pop. He then fuses these genres with afro-beats to give it his special spin on it which he demonstrates well on his breakout single ‘Eternity’.

His professional relationship with music started in 2011 at the “Nigeria’s Got Talent” Season 1 Competition where he made it to the finals and finished as a Semi-finalist.

Since then, he has worked with top players in the industry, ranging from A&Rs to Music Producers and photographers such as Sir Pumba (Pentagon Ent.), Pheelz Mr. Producer, Swaps,22.jumpstr, amongst others.

He was featured in the United Bank of Africa theme song “*919#”. He then released his first official single ‘Eternity’ in March 2020, which is to be followed up by “Sarewa”.
