Head Of Ghana Statistical Service Attacked By Stroke On Live TV [Video]


A video sighted online captures the moment the Head of Ghana Statistical Service (GSS), Prof. Samuel Kobina Annin was attacked by a stroke on live TV.

In the video, Prof. Annin was seen addressing the public on the completion of the Population and Housing Census which commenced on 13th June 2021 when he was suddenly hit by a stroke.

It was noticed when he stopped talking and was unable to stand properly. Some of the people gathered managed to support him and take him away to the hospital for medical attention.

Well, it is unknown of his current state but we are of the hope that he recovers soon.

In other news published on ghgossip.com, Kwame Baffoe, also known as Abronye DC has revealed that the President of Ghana, H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo was unaware of parliament’s decision to pay his wife and that of the Vice President.

According to the Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), the President was surprised upon hearing that such huge amounts are to be paid to his wife and the second lady because he has not approved of such.

Speaking in an interview on Wontumi TV’s Nsempa Fie, Abronye DC revealed that Mrs. Rebecca Akufo Addo and Samira Bawumia have no intentions of taking such huge amounts of monies into their accounts as offered by the parliament.
